Pregnancy support classes are offered at no charge to expecting new moms and dads. Join us and learn how to give your baby the best possible start in life! Classes are held at The Alpha Center, 3500 South Louise Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106. Sessions are every Thursday, 7 - 8 p.m., for 13 weeks.

Individuals from throughout the Sioux Falls community including Doctors, nurses, lactation consultants, dieticians and more, volunteer their time to teach the different classes and the class is directed by a liscensed counselor.
This class is not recommended in place of any other labor class or parenting class offered in the community but it is a great asset to the education sources you may already be receiving.
